This one is so self-evident and was so commonplace that I'm almost shocked anyone would think otherwise. Every player must have had it happen dozens or hundreds of time.

Exactly, probably why there are no early posts about it, it was just common knowledge. It never happened to anthrax though, apparently

Also it's wasn't "all connecting hits", it was all swings that were successfully rolled for that round. If it was a double attack it was 2 max hits. Never missed vs sitting targets.
