Funny story though. I worked for the Illinois tollway many years ago. The minimum speed on the tollway is 45 MPH but everyone drives 65 ish. Two of the guys I worked with thought it would be funny to drive side by side taking up both lane of the highway driving at 45 mph for 30 minutes. A ton of middle fingers, cursing and honking was involved people were driving on the shoulder to get around them. To anyone familiar with the Illinois tollway this was out west of Randal Rd on I 80, and I am very sorry for my co-workers actions and this TLDR.
