Video games are so misogynist!

Disregard the fact that Samus one of the oldest female characters in gaming, spent 15+ levels doing nothing but gunning down aliens with laser-particles, and one of the best Science Fiction trilogies (Alien) is spearheaded by a woman commander blowing alien bases to nuclear stardust.

Though I assume she ignores cases such as Samus and Ripley, and instead points out archetypical roles such as Princess Zelda and Princess Peach always being kidnapped by boogeymen.
