Nihilum took a huge penalty beyond having their guild leader and all of his characters banned. Ultimately it just didn't make sense to completely disband Nihilum for the reasons I stated in my quote in the OP. Nor did slapping Nizzar with the "permaban" label, again, for reasons stated above. The only hard evidence we had was the RMT - beyond that I have nothing that would stick. And because Nizzar was instrumental in another case I had, we let him stick around.
And in any case, ya'll dirty as fawk. Neither guild has a clean whistle, period, and if we held Red guilds to the same standard we hold the Blue guilds it'd be a much more sparsely populated box.

Derubael you should mention this in the punishment Nizzar got:
"Try leveling and gearing out that many characters and acquiring as much loot as was banned on his accounts... then complain the punishment wasn't severe enough."
To be honest Nizzar took a savage pixel hit for the one thing he was caught doing.
The only point that remains in my book after what happened to him is basically is he reformed, is he going to try and bug out every raid encounter possible in Velious etc.
He obviously doesn't have to sploit right now.... so maybe he should realize that and turn over a new leaf. I hope he does.
