I don't know whether to be amused or appalled but as a former EVE online player I'm leaning strongly towards the former. I don't think it reflects that much on EVE as the blog author claims though seeing as the majority of the incident and the worst of it took place outside of EVE. One of the lures of EVE for many people including me is just how dark of a place it is.
