First off, Sirken and I were BOTH in Fear when Draco popped. We watched an FE puller start what looked to be an intentional kite. He ran to the wall and stopped. At this time, FE had FTE. So instead of letting the FE puller get wiped by Draco or start a Kite, BDA pulled aggro on FE's FTE and proceeded to try and pull him to the BDA camp. This in itself is against the rules. If another force has FTE you do not get to make the decision of when their FTE is no longer valid, period. You fraps the event, and you petition to the Staff. Or, as would have been the case in this scenario, since you had two gm's watching, we wouldn't have even needed a petition.

In pulling Draco off the FE puller, you essentially screwed yourself. Respect the FTE message at all times. If you think someone is breaking the rules, fraps the event and petition. Do not take matters into your own hands. If you hadn't pulled aggro off the FE puller, it is very likely he would have kited Draco along the wall instead of dying. However, since you did not allow him to do that, FE/IB is getting this kill
