Hello! just came back after a while

Hello! I came back after a long break. I know its prolly a moot point or whatever, but my corpse decayed and i lost all my stuff (lv 51 cleric) Is it possible to get it back or prolly nah? Any help is appreciated. Daniheal in game if you wanna hit me up <3
