Default Jumping back onto the EQ wagon

Hello!,

Finally bit the bullet and decided to try out classic. I had played hard through PoP and a little bit of the expansions after.

Anyway my new Wood elf druid just turned 3 and I looted a Splintering club. Epic drop! Burst of flame and my naked h2h 1-2 dmg was really slow going.

I don't think I will be able to catch up to the 50s anytime soon, but looking to forward to spending some time in the low and mid level dungeons. Are there any family guilds recruiting? Would also really appreciate if a fellow druid can bring over a fire beetle eye!

Kittens who say meow and Riddle are two guilds that come to mind for leveling. Druid is a great starting class.

Welcome!

Why were you doing h2h, didn't you get a starting club?

I was just thinking that it was strange that I started naked. Maybe there was some kind of glitch when my character was created.

Either way the couple of pieces of small cloth and Splintering club are getting me by.

Will check out those guilds. Thanks!

I think splintering club is a smidge better than a starter club

Go Team Good Guys I think is also a social/leveling guild.

Edit: Also, don't forget, save bone chips, bat wings, CB belts, CB pads, MQ/HQ pelts to sell to players for $$$. CB belts are gonna be the best once you are able to to orc hill. The groups I was in took turns looting belts. I definitely sold probably at least 20 belts for 2-3pp a piece. I think you can even fetch 4pp or more per belt if a player really wants the belts, which they tend to. Get those belts!

Welcome Aboard. The only gear you get when you start is a Chest item ONLY if you turn in the letter you get to the right Guild Master. It says who that is if you right click on it. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
