I put on 10 lbs last month the second my supply ran out. That’s taken care of now. I thought I looked pretty good 10 lbs ago so I’m gonna go ahead and lose another 20. Walked 6 mi today and only had 2.50 of a 5 dollar foot long to eat so basically I’m gonna be fat forever.

Also I should add that the whole run was 30 minutes, with a warm up run before hand. I run intervals

stating for the record that I feel gyms are gay

I loved when I worked for the sheriff's department with a bunch of fatties (honestly more mind wise than their actual bodies). They had a legit little gym under the jail that I ALWAYS had to myself. Never had to wait for a rack, never had to listen to someone else's music, never had to rerack someone else's shit, and I could audibly celebrate after that last rep that took my soul to accomplish.

Will be going to a very nice gym here soon (last minute job traveling lately has prevented me from making it in).
