I have never heard anyone complain about Vapo running the guild bank, outside of the fact he plays odd hours sometimes when people want to get shit.

Dude is as honest as they come, sometimes to a fault. He is the perfect person to run the guild bank.

I guess Jib should be banned from leading Hokuten too right? This guy Mr. Chris B. has been RMT since the beginning of the blue server and I'm more than sure he's funneling guild items/plat to RMT.
