Why don't you just go play live? Free lvl 85 with a full set of gear and 15k plat for 2 more days, even on brand new accounts. You won't have to worry about all those inconveniences of P99 like leveling up, getting gear, and making plats. On top of that you can RMT to your hearts content.

That doesn't mean it's OK to make money off something that should be a hobby, when there are people out there kind enough to provide it to you for free.

That guy said he was "speeding up the process of leveling." He had fucking SEVERAL level 30s. He is not a "casual player speeding up the process" by any bearing whatsoever.

I have known people to spend maybe $20 max on in-game currency. And that was a game with thousands and thousands of players. This game has less than 1400.. Is someone really going to spend very much on plat if at all for this game? 250k is like.. $300+ isn't it?
