On the one hand, making a train button that you can just click is pretty easy. On the other hand, complaining about not getting a train warning when you didn't even die is over the top babyism. this shall be decided by the high courts of the online realm of NORRATH

Only trains in high-level zones I've seen on p99-blue in the past year+ were deliberate trains caused by Enchanters or (more frequently) Bards who couldn't tolerate the notion of sharing anything in "their" zone. I regard such behavior as distinct from the more generic dungeon trains that occur when a group overpulls more than they can handle and has to beeline for the exit. The latter sort of train is effectively part of the game.
