Grats on not having reading comprehension? My guildy was in line, not number one. The person in number one slot was afk when item dropped and it rotted. Everyone else had to sit and watch it rot with no other option.
But good try, not everyone has good teachers.

Seems like working as intended, dude didn't get the item, still gets locked out so he can't relist. The list moves on to the next person and if the guy was being a mooch then he got what he deserved.

The only reason to care is "omg but the BP ROTTED THE PRECIOUS BP"...guess what that guy selling or hoarding that one BP of many isn't going to mean jack shit to you in a week much less in five months, and none of these items really mean jack shit to anyone in the grand scheme of things. Keep plugging away to get one by all means but spare us the righteous indignation over your pixel idealism please.

If it were a real camp. You go afk. Miss the spawn. Do you have any claim on the item? It rotted. So they would have missed the engage by more than 8 minutes. Guess what? Camp has named up for almost 10 minutes. Pretty much ffa.

Don’t be afk at #1 when spawn is due.

Participated in Manastone camps on live.

Friends had em, offered to help me, spent some time in Lguk got several then moved on.

Nothing outrageous to camp them at all, semi rare drop from uncommon mob.
