Really made me think. Endgame rogues will parse 80-100 on ACTUAL raid mobs. Your SK is not doing 120 dps on any fight that matters.

I play a SK and a cleric and the parse sure didn't come from the cleric. Had I done the parse on almost any other class, the low end numbers wouldn't be as bad as they are.
Correct, I hardly ever parse really high against raid targets but raid targets are also like 0.01% of all the mobs I'm involved in killing so I think that everything else does matter in the scheme of things.
I had said before that my spear seems to have a range of anywhere from 65 to 120 dps. This wide range depends on the mob, rng, buffs, and whatever else. Draconite says I can't parse 120 on anything and that somehow turns in to people demanding I prove that I can consistently out dps rogues on raid bosses or I'm a liar?
I'm just going off the number Gamparse gives me while Draconite is throwing a hissy fit because he can't believe that even with what's essentially a bazooka, an SK could put out high numbers once in a while.

Good job Draconite, you really helped everyone dodge a bullet by somehow misinterpreting that to mean anybody can roll an SK and out deeps a rogue all day. Norath can sleep soundly now. Give your self another pat on the back.

Most folks seem obsessed with autoattack damage. Does this tool include damage from procs, spells, and the pet? Those are parts of the class as well and should not be ignored if a person wants a full accounting of damage dealt.
