FFA everything. If you wipe, you are disqualified from that mob for 48 hours, no joining / guildremoving / helping other guilds to kill it. Of course, this requires more rigorous account tracking, but that ain't my problem.

To clarify, after your 48 hours is up, you are welcome to try it again if no one else has killed it, but it's probably dead. A wipe also frees you from the 30 minute engage lockout.
