The proc = instant aggro. A 2nd proc = permanent aggro.

That would be guild help lol. What would someone.. let's say, unguilded, fresh 60, or in a guild with very few 60 friends, do for a offhander? or even mainhand, if they can't obtain a RB?

Scimitar of the Emerald Dawn is an interesting rogue off-hand. The stats are a bit weird, but it's a solid 20 damage without some stupid aggro proc.

Blade of the green dragon eye was 13/24, no proc, largely "meh" especially with alternatives like JBOM (13/25) being easily available. Thanks for the link--that weapon was PWN to put with the proc epic (the buff epic was meh)
