This is when they magically return from afk and claim they're not afk
I tell them I've been recording with OBS
They get upset and tell me they'll petition me
They leave the camp.
I click save.

I knew a guy who got banned for an OBS recording, and was promptly unbanned when he presented his own OBS recording, no joke.

The person who got him banned showed up, realized the Priest of Najena was camped and stood there anyways recording, and when the Priest spawned they started typing "please dont ks me" over and over again. They then edited the clip to just show this part of the interaction, and sent it to the GMs. The player was instantly banned.

He was so lucky that he also was recording, and showed the part leading up to this, where he was camping this when the person showed up.

Off hand I can't remember the culprit's name, but they were another Black Lotus scumbag.

It made me realize at this point that the game is kind of broken when you have to have OBS playing at all times to protect yourself. Like no player should have to do that, and I wonder how many people have gotten banned because of this. Like the way this person did the whole thing, you could tell they had done it before. Should have been permanently banned for being an obviously toxic piece of shit, but no, nadda.

Just unbanned the innocent person, and the other individual continued being a toxic piece of shit for as long as I can remember.

plays.tv is a poor mans obs. it basically work same was a cctv that just records last 24 hours remotely.

yeah, so is P99, and I still run it on a $600 burner laptop instead of a $6,000 gaming computer

most poor people can't run, say Overwatch, and OBS at the same time without serious risk to their thermal pads

in my case it would cost me about $150 a month to run P99 on my personal computer due to the fact that it absolutely destroys my hashrate. i thought this was common knowledge, but maybe not.
