Could just be a failed network card / router.
Failed hard drive will be the biggest thing to worry about. Unless they're using raid 4/5 in which case its not that big of a deal.

It is an array failure, but nothing is lost. Not even a rollback (We have active replication). But we need to get the database server back up and running. Could be a couple hours folks.

Called it with the raid4/raid5 thing. He'll probably just need to add a new disk in to replace the bad one (or get a new Raid PCI card if that died)
