I really love hearing about the good things in your guyses lives. I'm so happy that ppl are still living.
I had an OK morning, recovered pretty quick from a wierd spike of 144/106 BP. Mostly.

Flew to Washington DC for a week of training. First time I’ve tasted the sweet air of freedomland in 4 years. And had the whole row to myself on the flight!

Went to out of Africa zoo with ma today for Mother’s Day
Hyenas as so effin cool. You want to hear a loud “wooooo” which sounds almost like a cow moo’ing, that’s their purr, they’ll do it when you scratch them What you DON’T want to hear is their laugh, which is their excited and aggressive sound. And it is about 10x louder and more menacing in person than on video. If you were alone in an African plains at night and heard it surrounding you…total dread. I’d rather hear the growl of a charging lion at that point because at least that would likely go for my neck for the quick kill. Hyenas would be eating me while I was still alive…

First time tracking my usual distance to the park, 4 laps around, and back to the house at my cruising speed. This is just warm up to lifting legs at gym from here

This cutie can yak for her first time in a while much better than I anticipated. I’ve never been to this lake and had no idea where the F I was going, we ended up going miles and miles down the salt river before she started to get worried that she was getting tired and we still had to go all the way back. But had thought of that, had packed a tow rope. All I needed was the delicious picnic she packed and a half can of BANG energy crack, and I towed her back without stopping against some hella-wind, while she sat in her yak and drank wine like a riverboat tourist [You must be logged in to view images. Buuut without anchors you will float way the hell down the lake due to currents. Oh and she burned the shit out of her legs, shoulda put a second coat on sunscreen on Ty for askin tho. Some pics, which don’t do the cliffs justice, they were big
