Mid 30s leveling?

FM is pretty fantastic from low 30s on to 40s near the giant fort. I see grouping there during peak hours.

This is correct. 34 Shaman can solo with care and duo/group there to good effect. Duo with competent Warrior or Monk twink, or trio+ with most anybody not clueless and you can do very well there in your 30s.
