How I felt jogging tonight with a more critical analysis of runspeed performance in light of the upcoming half-m a few months out…

We got a 14 month old English Setter, took him with me on a run yesterday. Will add a whole new element to my run, a partner who will run with me and always look at me like "can't we go faster".
