Miscellaneous: GM training works even though he says im too skilled

When you zone, or gain a skill-point on your own, it'll revert to the max skill level trainable.
Bummer, but you don't get the points back either. I wasted about 50 skill points on alchemy like that. It's a bug, dev acknowledged, but not yet fixed.
