It is the same case as Terror Forged Mask. ALL pre-existing items were also patched and nerfed. The same would happen in the case of this cloak, or else there would be two instances of this item on either Alla or Magelo. The only multiple instances of this item are the ones with the crazy stats (which I am not sure how or why they exist as I don't think they were available when I was on live).
So does this mean tha all the exisiting Terror Forged Masks are gonna get gimped up at some point? if so when-ish?(not looking for a date, but an idea in relation to other in game events, pre-kunark, post kunark, pre velious, etc) TY
