UPDATE: I was finally able to get my spell worn off messages to show. I ended up just deleting my eqclient.ini file and and letting a new one get created. I had to re-setup my UI and keybindings, but at least I can now see when my spells wear off. It makes sense now that my other computer had the same problem since it was using a copy of the same EQ folder.
