You're playing with fire though: if (for instance) an Enchanter charms a mob with a fungi or some other cool item, and their pet dies, that item will go poof. Same thing if someone kills and doesn't loot. But even so, it's probably worth the risk for the fun of everyone having a chance to loot a fungi (or whatever).
