P99 Fails, so lets restart a failed sever only to fail again?

Even when I stopped posting on the forums I was still playing the game.

i remember this one time i logged on red for 5 mins ever and i ran into swish at Gfay, i was thinking he's real! lol. but then i logged off remembing i couldn't find a group on red for the life of me.
