It shows up in the logs when an item is sold for no money. I've got a query prepared to run during the next patch that will take everyone who has sold an item for no value, total up the amount lost, and add that to your bank's copper slot.

What about those of us who tried to buy an item and got OVERCHARGED, is that going to be addressed in the patch. or how about those of us who have purchased one item and received another, is that also going to be addressed in the patch. I mean that patch sounds great and is wonderful and I am sure there will be extra coppers in some of my character slots. But I don't think any of them will compare to the 75 plat I lost in highkeep or the 65 plat my husband lost on sisters.
I hope this fix is coming with the patch also.

Would it be safe for us to go ahead and sell the items now for 0 coin ahead of the patch?

In addition to the huge problem of us noobs not being able to afford spells because these quests are broken, our banks are full up on bronze, lightstones, and other items we can't sell. Could use some fresh bank space.

Yes, continue to sell as normal.

FYI - the same thing is happening with the concordance research books (the ones you get from the GLS quest) in NK. The gypsies are being buggy as well. It shows that you are selling the item in the chat window but no coin is showing up in your inventory. I am not sure how much money I lost before I figured this out, but it was probably a lot...lol. It seems that they are buying most everything else though, and the money is changing hands.
