Since it is pertinent now, I'll necro this thread rather than create a new one. Are Kunark disciplines enabled on the beta server? As I understand, Monks start at 51, Wars at 52 and Rogues at 53.
On live I remember using the Fearless and Resistant discs on my monk, but on the Kunark test server they didn't work. According to the following link, they were a Velious-only Disc? http://web.archive.org/web/200106110...sp?Class=Rogue
