As a new player (ie with some first impressions) I would say staff could probably improve this server downtime info quite easily without much effort. There r 2 things:
- inform what the patch will improve during or before patch (details i mean) so that ppl can read about them during patch (appologize if this is actually already done and i missed it)
- post frequent updates to the patch message, say every 3d hour. If you post updates every hour people would probably think "omg how can they give such good service without getting salary?! im lucky!"
