New player looking for advice/guide

Be aware that clerics are dependant on others to group with for xp. Basically forget about soloing. (Yes I know it is possible on specific mobs... slowly but not really worth it). getting groups is pretty easy though, if they are there to get.

Also clerics have nothing to help them get around safely. No sow (run faster), no invisibility.

I would not recommend one for your first character.
