i played a blue server on live and we definitely locked corpses cause people from other guilds tried to ninja shit all the time. we also usually stuck all the rogues in one group in case another guild tried to ks us.

maybe it was some garbage loot this time but you should probably just get in the habit of locking corpses down for when some knob tries to pull this on phara dar.

It's become quite the norm to just let GMs handle everything like this. If someone is stupid enough to ninja loot (no matter what the reason) they should get punished.

If P99 was more like the live that I heard of, it would be fun (where guilds basically policed themselves) but here, it is encouraged to run everything past the green mommies.

PS - We used to lock corpses when we could against IB, but seriously, why stop them from getting themselves raid suspended or banned? No reason to prevent them from making stupid choices they want to make imo.
