GMs on live =/= GMs on p99

Rules on live =/= rules on p99

It's become quite the norm to just let GMs handle everything like this. If someone is stupid enough to ninja loot (no matter what the reason) they should get punished.

If P99 was more like the live that I heard of, it would be fun (where guilds basically policed themselves) but here, it is encouraged to run everything past the green mommies.

PS - We used to lock corpses when we could against IB, but seriously, why stop them from getting themselves raid suspended or banned? No reason to prevent them from making stupid choices they want to make imo.
