How are we defining good ranger vs bad rogue here? Some players are shit, yes. Just both classes having a pulse, ranger does not compare with a semi-conscious rogue pressing backstab every 15 seconds. That bar may be sorta high.

I agree. If you gathered up an equal number of rogues and rangers and averaged their dps rogues are much higher.

I still think it’s good to try and do your best with any class. Monks have had a chip on their shoulder trying to beat rogues for 20 years. I’ll take that chip any day if the net positive is trying to improve. It feels good to make an AoW parse with a ranger even if top #15 and sending people spinning with insecurity.
