From the archive that got dug up in the bug thread the level of a lot of mobs were in the 45-49 range
In the entrance areas, not deep into the zone. Icy servants are also still doing the breath attack according to every report after the revamp, dunno where the talk came from about them not having it anymore. In another revamp of SG in 2003 the icy servants were removed from the zone entirely.
