Statistically speaking, they do represent like 50% of the server remaining. It's the best single guild guess that one could take.

Quality of Life agreements? LOL. You're softer than charmin, buddy. This server isn't about waiting your turn for gear. It's about taking mobs and making them yours. There's a ton of games with instanced content if that's what you're looking for.
