This is why we need A RENT AND MORTGAGE FREEZE, IMMEDIATELY. Perhaps a freeze on ALL DEBTS OWED. NOBODY should be evicted because of this. NOBODY should lose their car because of this. NOBODY should have their credit scores negatively effected by this.

ALL TREATMENT-COST FOR THE VIRUS needs to be paid for by the government as well. If not, Health/Life Insurance companies are gonna need bailouts as well or they're gonna start becoming insolvent. The system is *NOT* setup to payout for tens (let alone hundreds) of thousands of simultaneous, high-dollar claims. Indeed I would not be surprised if these companies start invoking the infamous "act of God" clause to prevent payouts.


Sadly, our bureaucrats are bought and paid for by the rich and elites in our country, and evictions/defaults are PRECISELY what they want - so they can swoop in 6 months from, when home prices hit rockbottom prices, and buy everything up (just like they did after the 2008 crisis).

EDIT: Wow! Sadly there's already multiple news reports of companies abandoning contracts citing Force Majeure! What a SHOCKER! (and this is just beginning!) Also disturbing: not ONCE, in ANY of his COVID19 press conferences, did Trump refer to people as "patients!" The words used, many time now, have been "consumers" and "customers!"

Gotta love the US "Healthcare" System!
