Chanter vs Druid - best solo alt class?

Forumquesters, a question:

Between enchanter or druid, which class is the better to pick up for short solo sessions here and there? I main a warrior, which I love, but don't always have the time to group.

I realize that "better" means different things to different people, so in my case, better = time efficient. Which class is the quicker solo leveler?

Most of the playtime for this toon would be in 15 - 30 minute chunks, assume solo the majority of the time, and I'd pay for bone chips/cb belts and pads to power through the lower levels into the teens.
