Any of y'all tried the carnivore diet?
I'm a big fairly strong guy, and my strength is very important to me. The thought of dieting and possibly losing muscle mass bothers me more than being what i'd call fat.

I eat 2 whole chickens each day. Don't care about the fat as I am training for strongman competitions.
