The 16 second cast time seems like it makes it fairly limited in use at first glance. But seeing as there are many situations where a charm break necessitates mezzing all mobs in play you would - in theory - have enough time to click the stick and never have to spend mana on charming (up to lvl 49 stuff). | ||
