Vampiric Curse recourse blocked by Disease Cloud

I'm not sure if this is intentional but it doesn't seem to make sense to me. VC works fine (the DoT aspect) if I have DC on me, however the recourse buff and healing doesn't get applied. Other dots like Boil Blood don't seem to block the recourse. Seems like a bug...
