Cant complete setup/getting started

Cant complete setup/getting started

The startup process is holding me at "Sms" verification. It says it sent a code to my phone but it did not. Now it will not let me skip that step to get to the loginserver account step. Not sure where to go from here ? New email account new forum name ?
