hah or exactly what it was created for. Like the UN allowing communist China to remain as a permanent member after their communist revolution, then decides they want to claim Mongolia and deny them UN representation; uses it's UN security council veto power to deny them a seat at the UN. The UN has always been whacked. Yeah, Truman and those guys, really put the dampers on a possible free and open civilization :/
