Gnome Warrior - Statistics

Hello,

I would like to play a gnome warrior and I don't really know how to use my 25 points.

I think to use 5 points in STR to have 75 (Is there a malus under that score ?) and all others in STA, to have 100 points.

What do you think about that ?
