Before the nerf you could actually get pretty decent exp all the way to mid30s. Early mornings when it was empty I tested it out. About 30 per clear was right. Every 20 would give you 3-4% exp in 35. 60/hour = ~10% exp per hour in 35. Not bad for 0 risk. Noticed a lot of people never did the QH gnolls much also. There's actually a circuit of ~10 gnolls on 6 min timer you could do also.
2 near Qeynos zoneline, 1 near guard tower, 2 at BB entrance, about 5 stationary and 1-2 wanderers in the area too.
