Really wish EQDruids would have included more info in their spell listings, would make things easier today [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Caster's Realm is pretty reliable tho, so I don't know if these quotes are just guessing and spitting hypotheticals or if CR has a weird duration listed.

Xaer,

You spent a long time soloing, didn't you?

If the level 58 damage shield lasts for 6 minutes, costs 150 mana? and does 32 points of damage.....even "slowed" like you say...in the typical seb/HS/DN/etc., etc. run...

Ok, wildfire costs 320 mana. Does 1024 damage. A tank with a 32 point damage shield would have to be hit 32 times to equal that.

Um, and if it lasts 6 minutes, and costs 150 mana, you'll get to cast it twice for the cost of 1 wildfire. So go to 12 minutes.

So let me ask you- do you a tank will get hit more than 32 times in 12 minutes? Even by "slowed" mobs?

I don't know what kind of "math you use," but perhaps you got it from the back of a cereal box?
