Miscellaneous: Guards Korlack and Lecknar in Paineel

The 2 guards by the paineel elevator do not respond to hails, or any of the combinations of things involving the word "key". The phrase they ask for i believe is "I needz keyz", which doesn't work either.
These guards are camped regularly, which could have something to do with the problem.
Either way, paineel is a prison for those who have either just started, or have died.
