Downloaded wolf/skelly patch change...messed up

downloaded the following

"download the following file and extract into your Everquest folder, overwriting any files if it prompts you to:

spells on the left are now all blank and when im actually in wolf form sitting, it looks like im standing still..some halp plox. thanks
