But there's a little voice inside of me that says, maybe one day you will kill Chewie and take Lguk over and leave his corpse to rot in the Cav room so he loses it and then you will be king of Lguk

LGuk only belongs to Chewie 'cuz he kill you. It's better than a camp belonging to some random guy because he's been sitting there playing gems for days. Chewie earned LGuk, and continues to earn it each and every day.
