54 SHM - Gear questions

54 epic shaman, moving away from tanking and towards root rotting I guess.

Current total AC with Jaundiced Bone Boots (18ac): 848
Current WIS: 137
Current Mana: 1792

Is it worth investing in GEBs and sacrificing the AC for the mana? I'd keep boots for the AGI buff either way.

Also, currently wearing Ivory Imbued Collar- should I upgrade to the 55hp/55 mana necklace?
