For the love of god do not get a Bassett Hound. They are almost all horribly smelly (even by dog standards due to glandular issues with the breed) and insanely hard to train. Once they are outside thier brain turns off and thier nose takes over. If you're looking for a pet to enjoy outside then the Bloodhound will be your best bet from the list you posted.
