If it's determined that the rest of the server is suffering due to the petty b.s. of the poop socking guilds, then I think a turn-based system has to be implemented to give the different guilds the same chances at contested spawns. I would say a permanent ban of the offending guild, but it would probably just be a matter of time before another guild tried the same nonsense.
